Who we are
Brackholt Roll-On Hire hires skips and roll-on containers from Unit 4, Tallowmere Yard, Swindon ZZ3 7HT. You can reach us at bookings@brackholt.example or 01632 960 418.
What we collect
When you book or ask a question we collect your name, phone number, email address, the delivery address and any notes about where the skip should go. If you send a photo, we keep it with the booking. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.
How we use it
To deliver and collect your skip, apply for a road permit when you need one, invoice you and send the waste transfer note the law requires. If you sign up for our emails, we send four a year about prices and bank-holiday dates.
Who we share it with
The council, when we apply for a road permit on your behalf, and our accountants. Nobody else, and we never sell it.
How long we keep it
Booking records and waste transfer notes are kept for at least two years, as waste law requires. Email sign-ups end the moment you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by writing to bookings@brackholt.example. You can also complain to the data protection regulator.
